For example when you’re mind says it is the mind that creates happiness so I have control you have been affected by that thought. Mindfulness won’t make it so that you’re never going to be dissatisfied or doubtful or angry anymore. That ‘s an illusion we have sometimes while really we’re just in a good confident mood. All material things are temporary and come and go.I never worried about money and things, but have lots of stuff anyways.I trained my two girls young, to understand the true nature of this reality matrix, by taking them on arduous hiking trips.They found out first hand how little we need to survive, by taking their essentials on their back with them.Both girls discovered how tough they are as well.Food,water,clothing, and basic shelter is all we require, and that costs almost nothing, if you are just surviving.They are now both doctors, and still have minimal material needs.We are brainwashed into wanting things that we don’t need and are mostly useless.Meditate on that thought and how little we require to be happy.Yogananda taught us that the universe always provides for us anyway, and I own lots of expensive things, that mean almost nothing to me, and my minimalistic offspring, don’t want any of it either.At the end of your life you won’t be thinking of your material possessions, because they will mean nothing to you, compared to your health and family, and that is a universal truth, repeated constantly over mankind’s history.
