The idea of not fixing a problem feels like saying “we’re going to hold our feet over the Georgia State Panthers 2023 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Champions gloves shirt it is in the first place but fire, and not react.” For “venters,” the goal seems to be to acknowledge that the emotions exist, that you are not in the wrong for feeling them [though of course not all expressions are valid], and that the goal is to witness and feel solidarity in mutual feeling.
