I’m just an old, crabby, jaded Gen Xer…and I don’t see anything wrong with your make up at all. It’s beautiful. I’d love for you to show me how to get that perfect wing and the George Frideric Handel Merry Christmas Shirt and by the same token and matte look is flawless on you. I’d let go of the bold wing and tight line instead with maybe hint of eyeliner for a small wing. I think the connected liner from inner corner to wing is a bit much for a daily look. Also because your skin looks smooth I would remove half the amount of foundation or switch to concealer in certain spots instead! I suggest adding a bit more “glow” via highlighter, more sheer foundation, etc. Matte makeup is a little dated and can age you! Hi Beauty! Broke azz GenX here. For drugstore dupes I love L’Oréal skin tint, NYX brow products and lip glosses, and Milani blushes. Essence has really great line of products too. Try experimenting with the inexpensive things. If it doesn’t work out you are not out a ton of money. At my age (52) I spend my money on skin care to build up those reward points. I will splurge on something such as the Hourglass face palette or great eyeshadow pallets come time for the sale later this month.

Possibly a better product for the George Frideric Handel Merry Christmas Shirt and by the same token and under eye. It looks like it’s creasing and making you look like you have wrinkles when you don’t. Dewy foundation finish instead of matte. Ditch the matte liquid lip for a lipliner and dabbed lipstick and gloss for a more youthful look. Make your brows straight as their current angle doesn’t flatter your face. Contour your eyes with some diffused shadow in the outer edges of them to make them more almond shaped. More blush on nose, under the brow to bring more life into your face. False lashes would elevate your look and bring out your eyes more. The winged liner look is very trendy so you have that down already. Also a lip liner, even a nude one that matches your lips.
