Gains. Take pictures at the Geno Atkins Takes The Field American former football defensive tackle T-Shirt and I will buy this start of your journey so you can see your progress. It is motivating when you start to your gains. I still dread going to the gym but it’s always better once you’re there and afterwards when you feel you acomplished sth It is the only thing the truly makes me feel “relaxed”. So much so I’ll often get hyper in the middle of the night which wakes me up, I’ll blast out some push-ups, Hindu squats and Ab work… after 4 to 5 rounds I sleep like a log. My energy level is such that It annoys people because .. for instance I have no issue with walking 2 miles to go get groceries rather than drive I started running about 2m ago. I’m not fat but was getting a bit doughy and tipped the scales at my heaviest weight.

To say I’m enjoying it would be stretching things but I am finding it satisfying to push myself. I’ve quickly lost some weight and extended my fitness being able to run much further without stopping. I find tracking my progress is a great motivator. On more than one occasion I’ve felt like I had a poor run only to check Strava and find I’d actually set a P.R My goal has always been to just look good in clothes. You can start to see results from your effort in as little as two weeks. If I don’t workout somewhat regularly I notice muscle definition going away so that makes me get back on track. Also energy drinks and pre workout are a must if you work a full time job I budgeted for a trainer to hold me accountable. I’m spending real money now and I dont want to waste it. I don’t like exercising, but I do like the Geno Atkins Takes The Field American former football defensive tackle T-Shirt and I will buy this way my body feels after a workout. I’ve been doing 2-3 days at the gym consistently for 3 months now (1x week with my trainer) and my back feels so much better, so that’s been a motivator for me! I am enjoying that I am stronger and the results have been motivating as well.
