I was just about to ask if anyone had done french toast crumpets (frumpets?) because I think that would be something I would enjoy. So I’ll be doing that tomorrow. Well, we never called it french toast, it’s “eggy bread” but I thought people wouldn’t know what I meant. It’s not sweet.
