Motivation is bullshit. You just have to do that shit……it’s discipline. It’s hard, it’s horrible but you just do the thing……of its exercise just do it. If it’s have a shower, just do it. Its part of avoiding depression. I do a brief exercise each morning, and evening. Also, commit to a certain amount of time working on my house each day as well. I spent a long time in Physical Therapy and it made me really conscious with my life choices. When you get hurt real bad the worst thing you can do is doing nothing at all.
