In scripture when Jesus says, “let the little children come to me,” he’s telling his own friends, followers, and disciples not to keep the children away from him. This is practical of course, as he is encouraging the children to sit with him and spend time with him. But it also translates into “Don’t take these children away from God.” I’m both cases he’s saying “Dot keep them from having a relationship with me.”
