Darn holes, bleach stains, dye blacks, replace buttons, steam old T-shirts, tailor when I change weight. that the consensus here is that one throw a sock in the trash rather than repair it for a simple hole proves that humankind deserves to be wiped off this planet. Exactly this. I tear them and throw the away or else all my socks would look like the one OP is wearing. She is doing you a favor and really should be throwing them away.
