I think it’s more of an occasional dislike with borderline anger….like when Rishi Sunak said that he obviously didn’t have working class friends growing up. I just look at an item or situation and ask myself whether I feel it’s worth what I’m being asked to pay. If it is, I pay. Why would I care if someone else got it for cheaper? It’s not a contest to see who’s the best at ripping off sellers. This is why I would never haggle on vacation. (Haggling isn’t a thing where I live) What a disgusting thing, arguing with a stranger about money. And in public? No thanks. Hahah! Haggling is not arguing for money, and you can do it in a very friendly way. Or you can pay triple the price. Your choice. You should come to visit Africa. As someone who went on a student exchange from Spain to Sweden, everyone seemed so upper class to me, I now understand that this was due to a higher standard of life.
