It still blows my mind that this wasn’t a bigger deal in the Fuck off with the band shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this US when this happened. I think it actually may have been bigger news in CANADA. Source: am Canadian and was shocked it made national Canadian news but not national US news. The police force is definitely deteriorating, even over here in Australia. Like last week the cops tased a 90yo women with a knife, totally harmless and was walking towards them at a snails pace with a walker A large part of MP training was yelling stop resisting while performing any form of combative move. I imagine civilian law enforcement training is very similar. Pulling over? Are you out of your mind? An angry cop trying to HIT them and you want em to pull over?? I’d understand pulling over if the damn pig did the bare minimum of turning his fucking lights on but no, all I see here is malice and stupidity

Fuck off with the band shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I mean resisting arrest, if done totally by the Fuck off with the band shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this book, is valid enough. I’ve just seen wayy to many videos of cops claiming that charge to intimidate people to comply. Like when they want someone to identify themselves, when they don’t legally have to do so. When the person in question goes “for what?”, they just say “resisting”, and it’s honestly despicable. I mean have some ‘tegrity, would ya? It’s a great test case for your ability to write realistic laws. It illustrates just how hard the job really is (writing laws). How would you word a law meant to punish people resisting arrest (or would you just argue that’s not a crime)? Cant speak for US but over here my father was once charged with resisting qrrest and contested it saying he was being choked and panicked so struck out. Judge ruled on his side You are obviously referring to GF … Who literally said i can’t breath a bunch of times before he was on the ground… He ODed on a bunch of crap breathing had nothing to do with any restraint put on him.
