For me, the Floridamanswag Fl Man Nft Gator Trailer art 2023 shirt but in fact I love this big draw that’s pushing me is I’m seeing by the numbers of my weight going and my lifting going up. I started the first week of October with a goal to lose 5lbs in 3 months and I’m down 3.6 lbs after the first month so that helps push me to keep going. 3) I don’t track calories, but I did start meal prepping. I found a recipe for a buffalo chicken with rice and veggies and so usually Fridays I try to get Chicken Thighs that are on sale and I cook the meal Sunday nights after my youngest goes to bed. It usually takes me about an hour but by the end I have food portioned into 5 bowls to eat at work for my lunches. To make things easier I took the recipe from the YouTube video and wrote it out in the back of the fitness planner in a notes section so I can just reference that.

You are ritualizing change essentially, but it gives the crystalized mind something more to ponder than “I don’t want to be doing this”. Edit: I think the key is to find an exercise activity you at least mildly enjoy. For example I’d rather die than go to the gym, but leave me in a swimming pool and I can stay there all day, or at least until I’m starving. Read atomic habits it might help you make the routine a habit so you do it. Motivation is a lie, it’s knowing why you do it and just doing it, honestly the less you think about it the better.
