What you said about people remaining silent even when they clearly see such shit happening is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I am a frequent BMTC traveller and I recently saw a similar incident. A girl, about 18-20 in her college uniform was sitting in a widow seat and the Flames 1st Goal Contest flames 1st Goal Shirt and by the same token and seat next to her was empty. An older, shabby looking man came and sat next to her even when there were many seats available. I was sitting right behind their seat so I could observe all this. The girl’s stop came and she had to get out. The man didn’t get up and asked her to go in front of him. When she was getting out of the seat with difficulty in front of him, he groped her from behind. Everyone in the bus, both men and women saw this, including the conductor but none said anything. I looked at her and asked her to say something but she got worried and ran. Everyone stared at me but no one said anything. It was disgusting, that girl looked traumatised.

I mean I’d beat the Flames 1st Goal Contest flames 1st Goal Shirt and by the same token and shit out of the guy doing such stuff if it happens in front of me to any girl doesn’t matter if i know her or not Not only girls (hope she is safe)even boys I live in Bangalore so basically I was returning home from school (2y ago) and when I was in bus the conductor was really treating me badly he was talking with me roughly I don’t know why there were some government school kids where he was talking with them nicely. I started thinking thst ,was this because I’m a Private school student ? I couldn’t think anything and was about to cry. I’m not good with people while, communicating . and then suddenly a aunty noticed that I was feeling uncomfortable I don’t know how and then she suddenly started questioning him that why is he behaving like that and he started making excuses like , and lastly it got settled he was scolded she said that she,s gonna report him . and then lastly she came bus Stand to drop Me I was lucky I met her truly a nice person
