Increasing your awareness is an early part of the Fishing Florida boat summer vintage 60s Ultra Cotton Tee Shirt and I will buy this practice of meditation. You are already doing it and on the journey. so whether it’s 100000 thoughts or eyes that refuse to shut – just be present to what ever happens while you attempt your meditation and that’s the practice itself – get distracted and refocus your mind gently but consistently Don’t be so hard on yourself You don’t have to have your eyes closed. In fact I enjoy meditating while doing something else and just being mindful of my breath. Something that’s easy for me to do like that would be coloring. I think it took me about a year to actually reach any kind of relaxation breakthrough. I would say just forgive yourself and get into a space where you can just relax Don’t worry about your breath yet, Just try to do a mindless task and whenever you feel relaxed just make a note of it and enjoy the moment and focus on staying in that relaxed moment. Try to remember how it feels and then the next day whenever you try to do some breath work try to remember that relaxed moment and get there by focusing on your breath as the new mindless task, instead of coloring. Keep in mind you’re also not trying to completely shut down your thoughts You’re just allowing yourself to have a calm safe space to think about them individually if you wish. If you want more guidance I can recommend a few things just PM me

what you explained is the Fishing Florida boat summer vintage 60s Ultra Cotton Tee Shirt and I will buy this meditation, eventually body and brain learns how to work together. you just need to keep doing it everyday. You don’t have to close your eyes, you can let them go on a daze. To space out but still be grounded if that makes sense. Allow all those thoughts to rush through your mind and linger on some if it feels right. Meditation doesn’t have to be sitting with your eyes closed and force the mind to go blank. It comes diffrent for every person, and every person has their own sense of what Meditation is and how it will come naturally. Connect with what you feel in and all around. Hope this helps, good luck hon. I had real trouble to begin with too. So I put something over my eyes to block out any light. I put some headphones on with some meditation music (I just searched YouTube for something that suited) to stop me hearing something and getting distracted. I found this much easier to calm yourself afterwards. Regarding the thoughts, that took me a lot of time and practice to keep them at bay. Everyone has their method but I would simply tell myself each time something popped in that I am trying to meditate so I need to think about that later, not now. It’s just a case of reprogramming your thought process, you’ll brain will eventually get it. You’ll find what works for you but just be patient and practice as often as you can.
