what I’m saying here is at the Firefighter I can’t fix stupid But I can fix What stupid does shirt Apart from…,I will love this beginning is and exercise of observing your inner experience, while trying to stay neutral (notice and stay with the negative feelings and states). SO IF YOU NOTICE AFTER A WEEK OR TWO THAT IT DOESN’T FEEL NICE ANYMORE, don’t be discouraged -> whatch and say with that feeling and continule. note: watching negative emotions can be a hard thing. The solutions is to build the ability to do it slowly. to become strong and stable in the midst of emotional turmoil, with this skill and the added awarness, you then can go and discover all that is suppressed in you that it causing your negative states and let it heal by simply allowing it to be and not pushing it away. Just wanted to share that I recently began my journey with guided meditation, and it’s been truly transformative. Amidst the chaos of everyday life, I’m finding a sense of peace, calmness, and newfound confidence. It’s like discovering a tranquil oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend giving it a try! It‘s such an intense feeling. It‘s like I‘m on a drug. I can‘t believe this is even possible. I‘m smiling and feeling extremely happy and grateful as I‘m writing this comment. I won‘t ever stop meditating.

I follow along to deepak’s guided meditation, who do you follow? I found I really enjoy his videos but I’m looking for additional information too ! 🙂 thanks for sharing and I’m so happy it’s working well for you Hey there! I haven‘t heard of deepak to be honest. I just downloaded headspace and have been doing 10 minute meditations every morning. 🙂 Thanks for the Firefighter I can’t fix stupid But I can fix What stupid does shirt Apart from…,I will love this encouragement and request. Here’s the link: [insert link]. May your mind be as calm as a zen master on vacation. Find a way to develop more skill, as actual meditation is easy to learn.Meditation can get ten times better, if you keep it up over the years. “meditation is a knack” sounds like you’ve got it. Keep going and enjoy it, this and more can become the new norm for you if you stick with it. If difficulty ever finds it’s way into your practice though, I’ve found The Mind Illuminated by John Yates to be a world class resource. Keep going, there will be ups and downs but if you stay with it theyll happen less frequently and less in severity. A few years back i was an anxious wreck, hypervigilant, and on several meds. I cried with tears of extacy when i felt the relief brought by meditation. I was a super science athiest at the time and it just seemed like woo woo. Oh how wrong i was. Like you, i never wanted to stop or go back to how i felt before. For 3 years ive meditated at dawn and dusk everyday, some days mabey just 30 min or so. But the best sessions are when an hour or more passes but it feels like 10 min and i just feel incredible afterwards. My advice is to retain what works and move toward it. Dont attach yourself to doing it the “right” way. The right way is the one that works best for you! Dont just keep doing the same thing “because it used to work”. You are alive, and are in life. Grow your routine, try new techniques and dont fear the unknown.
