Went deaf in one ear and my primary care doc said oh it’s just allergies take an antihistamine. My mom sent me to an allergist and they sent me for a CT of my head, gave me a steroid shot and put me on 2 antibiotics for chronic sinusitis. I can’t believe she’s still practicing medicine. Bleeding out of my ass for 10 days, horrible pain, diarrhea, felt like my intestines were going to explode. My DR asked if I had tried pepto… um.. no. Two days later went to the ER and they said my intestines really were about to explode and got me right into the gastro dr. Ended up with severe ulcerative colitis. My doctor had to give me a prescription after i was refered to a specialist and that was my course of treatment. I go in to see the nurse who is doing my injection, where she deadass asked me to explain my treatment plan from my referal leter because they and i bloody quote “did not understand”. It was letter of pure doctor speak explaining what dose i need and when i did and didnt need blood tests ect.

The other stupid thing, i was on 1 type of medication and switched to another, now i had been discharged from the Finsburg Park Sam Tour 2022 Poster Shirt (watermarked) moreover I will buy this specialist for over 5 years at this point (thats normal practice and my precription still needs to be fullfilled even though i am discharged) i had phoned the specialist up personally to ask for a change and they okayed it. I had to panic phone the specialist to get them to talk to my doctor all because my doctor didnt understand how the medical system works. “if you don’t go on birth control right now you’re gonna come back in two months with a positive pregnancy test” i went to see this dr for an ovarian cyst i had… not to be lectured about birth control… i’ve been on it before and had problems on it so i got off, i explained i was concerned about whether my body will return to normal after and she said “yes right away”. which we all know isn’t 100% true. needless to say i was pissed
