Meditation as per the Finnish professional ice hockey centre and captain Florida Panthers aleksander barkov T-Shirt and by the same token and Indian spiritual line of thought is a means of controlling the mind in addition to attaining spiritual enlightenment. From what I generally observe and experienced, the more you meditate the more control you have over you mind and you are more likely to abstain from masturbation. The sexual energy is what we need to move up the spine to access the refined inner dimensions. Without it they are not accessible. It is only natural to want masturbate if it is the highest pleasure you know. Once you reach a certain point in your meditation where what is happening within you is much more pleasant than any sensual pleasure then sex/masturbation are no longer attractive. When you learn the inner mechanics of joy, bliss, ecstasy and love and they become accessible to you easily you’ll naturally want to spend more time in those states.

Just by learning this you can access states much more pleasurable than any sexual act. Mantak Chia has a book “Multi orgasmic man” which teaches how to separate ejaculation from orgasm so one can experience full body orgasms many times over. Reminds me of the advice I recieved before a TM session during childhood that “what decides that you have the best meditation session isn’t the amount of determination you have during those twenty minutes of sitting down in isolation with your eyes closed & drawing deep breaths, BUT rather your lifestyle outside those twenty minutes consisting of exercise, sleep, diet, being pleasant to others and keeping the extreme emotions like rage, lust, envy, bitterness in check.”
