First of all, the Fencing Do Everything That Your Parents Told You Not To Do Combat Sport Fence Sword Fencer T-Shirt also I will do this vast majority of parents aren’t heartless monsters. They see the state the world is in and completely understand why 18 no longer tenable for their kids. Second, IANAL however I know that in a few states, the child has a right to a domicile even at 18. The parent legally cant kick the child out although most don’t know this and do it anyways. Thirdly, we have a much different family dynamic than most countries. Keep in mind how mind bogglingly large the US is, how many kids go to college in different states/towns, and the differences in standards of living. All this adds up to a lot of kids moving out around the ages 18-21. My brother was kicked out at 16, when I left to start and out of state college I was told I had better take everything with me because they wouldn’t store anything for me.

I feel like that was more of an older generation thing (I could be totally wrong though). When I turned 18, and the Fencing Do Everything That Your Parents Told You Not To Do Combat Sport Fence Sword Fencer T-Shirt also I will do this same with all my friends I knew at the time, the deal with my parents was as long as I was going to school or working/saving up for a place and helping out around the house with some chores I was welcome to stay. A friend I had who went to college only part time and decided to work full time was allowed to keep living at home as well but the deal was she had to pay for her own gas, car insurance, and all school costs (books, tuition, supplies, etc). Maybe it’s just the friends I had but I don’t think I knew anyone that got kicked out at 18. (For reference I’m in my mid-late 20s now).
