Nothing…NOTHING…feels better than being healthy and fit, because every other thing feels better when you’re healthy and fit. I don’t care if your great love is eating potato chips and playing video games, it will feel better when you do it when you’re healthy and fit. Also, look at how miserable older people in failing health look. You have a chance to avoid that. One chance per day, to be precise. I took a lot of very basic mobility/energy/etc. things for granted, then my wife and I had a kid right before the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Raoul Duke Shirt Furthermore, I will do this pandemic. I can’t easily keep up with her. It’s uncomfortable to bend over and put on shoes. I tried to put on my wedding suit and it wasn’t worth bothering to even attempt any buttons/zippers.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Raoul Duke Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s easy to think about how you don’t need it, or you’ll do it later, or you’ll get back into it when there’s time, but that time slips away from you faster than you’ll ever understand in the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Raoul Duke Shirt Furthermore, I will do this moment. My motivation is that it’s no different than any other form of maintenance – you pay now, or you pay later. The difference is that the ‘now’ option of exercising is unequivocally better, we’re all just bad at seeing that until too late. Once you’ve got the habit, you aren’t motivated as much as you need it. Not in a bad way or anything, but it becomes therapeutic, mentally and emotionally. I don’t feel right if I go a few days without a good ride, kind of like being constipated. It’s not that you’re addicted to taking a shit, it’s just that you need to do it or else your body will start to trash talk you. It’s all about getting over that first hump. For me, it was at about the 4 month mark. After that, I couldn’t imagine NOT riding.
