I got a rowing machine since I started working from home. I’ve made a habit out of jumping on that when I take my lunch break. I’ve found that some mid afternoon exercise helps my concentration a lot going into the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Color Shirt besides I will buy this second half of the day. It’s a hobby, I just take 2,3 hours daily to put towards improving my health and mental health. It keeps myself busy instead of worrying about nonsense shit that hurts my mental health. The gym for me is also a social club where I can make friends which is nice. And the desire of getting bigger, but this is one of the last reasons. Zwift.com took me from a one- or two-day a week biker in good weather, to a five-day a week biker year round. That app is amazing. I don’t even think of cycling as physical exercise; for me, it is emotional and mental freedom. Biking is my zen place.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Color Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I was very athletic when I was younger. Played basketball & football in high school and college. Took up mma after college. I was very skinny growing up and as I got older I swore to myself to never be weak again. So, even now, I keep that promise to myself. I lift full body 3 days a week, do cardio & 10 3 minute rounds on the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Color Shirt besides I will buy this heavy bag (punches, kicks, knee & elbow strikes). I do it to maintain fitness and being physically capable as I get older. Also for the endorphin high and honestly, to look as good as I possibly can. Looking & feeling good is also good for confidence. Being there and capable for my child, want to not have any restrictions if he wants to go on a hike, play ball, or anything like that. I stay in shape for him more than for myself. This is kinda a complicated question. It started as a way to win my bf back. These days it’s a bit of wanting to keep my boyfriend happy but also remind him that if he leaves again then I won’t give him a second chance.
