My review is for Southcrest mobile home Park in *********** *******. My husband has been at his current job for almost 5 years he makes right about $80,000 a year therefore making his weekly paychecks good. We have no criminal history neither of us have ever been arrested. Where we currently live we pay way more than what we would pay if we were to get a brand-new home in Southcrest mobile home park. We turned our application in three weeks ago and I basically got the Fats domino legend never die classic shirt and by the same token and runaround since then. Today Im notified that we were not approved due to our FICO score did not meet their standards. Our credit is not perfect and we did file bankruptcy back in 2016 but we are in the 500 range. Now I know for a hard-core solid fact they let people move in there into brand new homes who have no credit or very little credit and they do not do proper reference checks because people I know that have been able to be approved to move in use me as a rental reference & the park never contacted me about any of them. I feel like the whole ordeal is a circus. Personally I feel victimized and discriminated against because of the fact that other than our credit history not being perfect we are able to pay our bills again where we currently live were paying way more than what we would pay to live in South crest in one of their brand new homes. I dont think these people conduct business properly and the girl they have in the office that we were dealing with shes super nice but I dont really think shes very qualified to do the job that she does simply because there were a lot of unanswered questions a lot of I dont knows and thats just not how you conduct business when youre representing a company & trying to bring in new tenants. Not that Im dying to move back into Southcrest but we did see an opportunity to better our living arrangements and yet we get shot down because if a FICO score not good enough for them

Fats domino legend never die classic shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

They are doing the Fats domino legend never die classic shirt and by the same token and same in KY. We got hit with the same exact shit. Here’s the thing the lawyer told us. They own the property, not your home. They can’t tell you what you can and can not have in or on your home. They are responsible for land taxes. They own it, not you. You pay rent. Talk to a lawyer dude. They are saying that are within rights when legally they are not. I predict an French-like uprising against the rich a-holes illegally cutting corners. Bring back the guillotine While I feel the company is operating in a despicable manner, I’m having a hard time feeling sorry for this young, able-bodied man who takes the time to go to TikTok and make “poor me” videos rather than figuring out how to make more money. I’m guessing his attitude has cost him more than one job and I’m also willing to bet (as I’ve known people like him before) that there are many things he refuses to do.
