Returning to our home loan example: Because you don’t have a job now, and are in technical default, bank is allowed to ask you to repay the Farley Elementary School class of 2036 shirt besides I will buy this balance loan immediately. And they do ask you to. As you try to figure out what to do, their recovery agents seize your drawing room as first step. In such a scenario, should you continue to make your home loan payments? A smart lawyer will advice you No! They are already doing their best to take away your house. Why should you give them your savings too! Disclaimer: not a fan boy of Byju’s. They did not have smart lawyers and smart bankers when they negotiated the terms of these loans. Hopefully they have better lawyers now. Believe it or not, in US, you put your faith in better lawyers (trope for Suits!) instead of political patronage etc.

Farley Elementary School class of 2036 shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Believe it or not, in US, you put your faith in better lawyers (trope for Suits!) instead of political patronage etc. Unlike India where political patronage is necessary to make (most of the Farley Elementary School class of 2036 shirt besides I will buy this time) and keep (always) your big wealth. Sure, Byju’s may have defaulted on technical covenants but these covenants are added to the loan agreement for a reason. While to an outsider, breach of these terms may seem inconsequential, to a lender such breaches change the basis on which a loan was underwritten. You can’t represent to me before taking a loan that you’ll do X, and once you get a loan start doing Y. And not getting your financials reviewed is a major breach, especially after byjus has already been found guilty of misrepresenting revenue. Redwood or whoever the other operator (call them predator if you want) is operating within the confines of the the agreement between Byju’s and it’s lenders. Don’t see what the issue is.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
