Why are people talking about disabled people? It’s a metaphor about work and success. It’s not saying that you literally have to take stairs to succeed. Clichéd? Yes. Written in the Family Cruise 2024 Making Memories Together Vacation Palms Tree Vintage Sunset T-Shirt in contrast I will get this wrong order? Yes. Saying fuck you to disabled people? No. Sorry I didn’t realize you spoke to the entire disabled community of people who can’t take stairs and they told you this was fine /s Because Redditors believes there are zero scenarios where “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” is true. Also, small towns means small businesses with one or two power players, all of whom are very hostile to innovation, technological advancement, and disruption of the business scene. Your startup will also be subject to small town biases, since the churchgoers will be fully aware of your religious affiliation and the local chamber of commerce will refuse to work with you because you’re not seen as paying your dues to the local anti consumer COC.
