“ I don’t feel comfortable being asked to take on additional responsibilities for no compensation for my efforts, if you can’t proved a title change and raise at this time, I would have to respectfuly decline” Prepare yourself for the Fairfield High School Class Of 1973 Alumni shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this case where they decide to bring in someone else to manage the group in a few months. for whatever dumb reason. Heck, their golf buddy might have a lazy kid that needs a job, and boom, you’re being ‘thanked for keeping the boat afloat all these months, but……’ I’ve seen this several times, and the interim manager always assumes they will be the final selection. The times that doesn’t happen, bad feelings are held, interim person either sticks around with a huge grudge or leaves soon after.

They want someone to do the Fairfield High School Class Of 1973 Alumni shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this extra work for free. To save money by dangling the carrot in front of you or it gives them time to look for a proper team lead. I suggest that if they do end up hiring you, ask for a back pay. If it were me, I wouldn’t be taking additional roles without proper pay. Last time I was told this, they hired someone external to cover the position instead. I quit and will never accept terms like these again. They need to compensate you for the additional responsibilities and stress. It’ll be a constant moving of the goal post. I can’t stand these God damn employer’s asking people to do extra shit for free. If they can’t pay you, you can’t do the job, simple as that. Your original supervisor wasn’t making your wages!
