The only far fetched scenario I can see myself accepting this offer under is one where there are high quality upskilling guarantees written into my contract, the Every Snack You Make Every Meal You Bake Vintage Sunset Dog Bernese Mountain T-Shirt But I will love this pay is significantly higher than what I am currently making, and there are no repayment stipulations based on duration of employment. Thank you for your answer. The offer was absolutely great. Salary increase by 40% of what I am currently making, great projects (at least this is what they said), position title and also other great benefits. There was a whole package. However, there was no bond with the supervisor. Not really. I did think about this for a couple of days before declining, but I think I got a bit scared at the thought of working for that guy. Oh sorry, I thought the hiring manager was a title for that specific HR role. This person would’ve been your actual boss?

Where is everybody working that HR does all of the Every Snack You Make Every Meal You Bake Vintage Sunset Dog Bernese Mountain T-Shirt But I will love this hiring and the real manager apparently isn’t directly involved? I’ve worked at companies of all sizes and never had that. The closest I’ve noticed happen was my manager and us interviewers help another manager that was looking to hire a bunch; we were the same job function so that made sense. I’ll go against the grain. You can’t be cordial and build a relationship with your cohorts? Sounds like immaturity. I am no junior and I have attended many interviews throughout my career. My current boss and colleagues are absolutely amazing actually. I agree, if one has a douche as a mngr, it’s only a matter of time. Shameful that the co top talent is not team oriented and has no emotional intelligence.
