You just need to enjoy the Elf on the shelf shirt In addition,I will do this results, whether that’s weight loss or muscle tone or cardio health or whatever you’re trying to get from it If you don’t have intrinsic motivation, you need to find extrinsic motivation. Creat a goal with a desirable outcome that you want to achieve. It doesn’t matter what the outcome is. Whether it’s “I want to lose weight to reduce my risk of heart disease” or “I want to have a good beach bod for the summer to pick up more girls”. Regardless, you will still be putting in the work to achieve a better, healthier you. It’s definitely not easy, otherwise everyone would do it. Also, identify your barriers to exercise (most common is time. Additionally, stuff like unrealistic goals, lack of social support, physique anxiety are all deterrents as well) and develop skills/ways to overcome them.

Elf on the shelf shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I made some healthyish changes to my life recently and I still hate working out in the Elf on the shelf shirt In addition,I will do this sense of going to a gym or running on a treadmill. I’d much rather go outside and hike or dig a hole or something. The only thing that keeps me going is that it’s becoming physically easier for me to run further faster. Not change to my body type yet but I can tell that I’m getting healthier. That’s it. That’s the motivation. My goal is to not hate myself at 40 (28 now). I spent the last decade doing unkind things to my body. Drugs, excessive alcohol, poor sleep, shitty diet, you name it. Now is my chance to right the ship a bit before I’m middle-aged with a boatload of health problems. Everything i do health wise is for future me, not present me.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
