I’ve been toking more or less for 12 years (took a twoish year break at some point as a mix of it harming my mental health and my ex-partner not wanting to be associated with it. So like, 7yrs on, 2yrs off, 3yrs on). Recently, my mental health has gone through the El Santo Claws Christmas shirt In addition,I will do this ringer for the last 2yrs. It took me awhile (and some unnecessary mental anguish) to accept how huge of a improvement there was in my life when I did not toke; there was about 2-3 times where I didn’t toke for like 1.5 months each time and things were consistently well mental health wise. After a period of reflection, I believe it to be a mix of my life shifting a certain way that doesn’t allow room for weed and also what happens to my mind when I consume weed. After accepting a job that is a real great start to my current career, I decided to just put it aside indefinitely and let the bud-sobriety ride (I still consume alcohol, but that has also been decrease overtime).

I do see myself toking at some point down the El Santo Claws Christmas shirt In addition,I will do this line, but for me I feel like it’s in my best interest to stop for some time. I always tell myself “it’s not the weed that is the issue, it’s me” and once I figure out what’s up and am more comfortable with my truth, may I’ll give it another try. Related to meditation, I think I’ve meditated once or twice while stone but it isn’t the same experience or as constructive for me personally. Thanks for reading if you got this far. I’ve recently started this journey like at the beginning of this month (literally accepted the job offer on like Oct 3rd) and this has been good to type. Guess I needed this more than I thought. For context, I’m 26 years old. But again, whether weed is harmful or not is ultimately for you to decide. There is no right or wrong answer so long as you’re honest with yourself.
