I’ve been meditating daily for about a month and a half now. Always with a timer, ranging from 10-30mins and sometimes twice a day(2×10 mins) Most days I’ve been smoking pot and in junction with meditation I’ve been feeling quite happy. Didn’t smoke through the Dustin’s Super Walkie Talkie Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this past couple of days and noticed I’m feeling quite crappy and upset I thought it’s either A) A sign that the weed has been good and helps me stay calm and joyful. B) The weed was suppressing something in my subconscious and it’s coming up through my meditation I’m leaning towards it being B, although I have no clue what the suppressed issue would be. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks! There’s nothing that indicates a suppression. Not with that vague information.

I smoked weed off and on for years convincing myself that it was helping me. I always had anxiety and depression. Finally I decided to try being sober. It was really difficult because the Dustin’s Super Walkie Talkie Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this anxiety and depression both got worse for a while, but eventually they went away. Bigger thing was the anxiety. I was on a couple different meds for it. I was able to stop the medications eventually and now I’m happy and healthy. It’s like alcohol. Sure you can drink casually but few people rarely do. I’m convinced any social drinking or smoking is way worse for people than we realize. That was my experience. God bless you! Just keep on practicing Meditation, twice everyday if possible. Dont worry much about weed, sooner or later, you will start feeling the inner bliss and you will not require any kind of external material to keep you happy.
