Well, you used to, now if you didn’t put away everything perfectly before you decided on a whim during that lunch to not return, you are liable for any damages. That’s what this decision means in practice. Like the Drake x Jonesy friends shirt and by the same token and difference between ending your shift as a flight controller and going on strike, and leaving in the middle of your shift causing four plane crashes. If you were pissy about your wages and got several hundred people killed in your “protest” It’s not a strike, it’s murder. That’s actually what they did…it wasn’t the strike itself that is being held liable, it’s the actions of the staff just preceding the strike in order to cause the strike to cause damage – the filled trucks with quick perishable cement and then went of strike leaving the product to perish. They’re being found wrong for deliberately sabotaging product, NOT for the actual strike.

Would you like to explain to the Drake x Jonesy friends shirt and by the same token and class how workers, at say, a chicken farm could go on strike without being liable for any animal neglect under your reading of the situation? Given that that specifically involves human life and not just property: ten day notice of the day the walk off will occur, any time during that day, hospital administration wins stupid prizes. Except that, in the case of the cement, they left the machines running specifically to keep things from getting worse. So if your logic holds, the workers knowing if there is no one to take care of the animals (because they are on strike) that is enough for them to be held as deliberately causing the neglect. Did they not have a duty to mitigate? Is this not just sabotaging themselves in order to further quell labor rights?
