I started going regularly in the Don’t Piss Me Off Grumpy Old Woman Do What Want Approval Is Not Required shirt and I love this summer. I don’t need to go and people already thought I worked out without going. I did it with my husband. He’s 6’1 and was 214 lbs so I’m like ok, I’ll go on this journey with you but differently. I wanted to gain weight and put on muscle. Now I’m 109 lbs around the same weight I started as but look so much better. I look better, feel better, it’s just part of my routine and I feel like a loser if I don’t. I can walk without getting tired, have stamina, like I’m looking my best at 31. i just go so i don’t end up in a chair when i’m older. i don’t even go to get big or whatever just to be active. if i put on a little muscle, nice. make realistic goals tailored to your life.

It’s addicting to a lot of people, like myself. I don’t do anything crazy, but I absolutely hate everything about waking up at 4am to go to the Don’t Piss Me Off Grumpy Old Woman Do What Want Approval Is Not Required shirt and I love this gym until I’m there. It feels really good and an excellent way to wake up. I finally managed to do it by developing an unhealthy obsession with never skipping a workout, I’m about 4 months into working out 5 days a week, and I haven’t missed a single one yet. Having your workout days structured and set in a calendar really helps, at first I didn’t pay much attention to rep counts and how I was doing my sets, etc., I just focused on doing various exercises for muscle groups and proper form. It’s dark and gloomy outside, I’m sleepy and just want a super lazy day today, but it’s leg day and it’s going to be brutal.
