I used to get them when I was going to school in Boston. I honestly have I bet over 500 in change because I like using cash, but the change ends up unused. Dollar coins wouldn’t be any different I would have used them.. if any stores did. Stop giving me bills and I’ll use the damn coins. I have no issue with it at all. Why would you have to advertise a currency? Just put it into circulation.No one likes dollar coins. Why would I want to carry around a coin that’s even more obnoxious than nickels are when I could just carry a light weight paper bill? The Bush administration was HUGE into them. I bet Dubya himself was getting kickbacks from whatever brass manufacturer was churning out the blanks.
