No one could ever blame him for leaving, but ensuring she gets home safely before dumping her ass would be an exceptionally classy thing to do I don’t think Dan acted irrationally. Having to sit there and watch your gf cross the Donkeys Christmas Tree 2023 shirt and I love this line with other men is…much. I don’t fault him for leaving. Having said that, I do think he’s right to acknowledge he left her in a vulnerable spot. She’s a grown woman and she is responsible for her actions, but to a point and the slippery slope of intoxication…idk. I personally would have stayed and held the argument in the morning (I don’t foresee myself ever hitting a point of angry where “if she gets taken advantage of so be it” is ok), but that’s me. That’s a shit situation to be in for him and I feel for him; there wasn’t an easy call to make. I disagree. I’m not necessarily saying Dan had the obligation to sit there with her; that’s where the judgment call lies based on the circumstances. But I think it’s objectively wrong, if not outright dangerous, to not acknowledge that a clearly intoxicated woman in a club with no sober support is in a vulnerable position.

GF absolutely put herself in that position and did everything she could to alienate the Donkeys Christmas Tree 2023 shirt and I love this person with her absent physically assaulting him. I’m not disagreeing with you there; she made her bed. But leaving her there in that position is, without question, leaving her in a vulnerable spot. I think Dan is wise to recognize that and apply that to future instances, not necessarily to say that Dan was wrong to make the call he did. Acknowledging the situation only helps Dan make better informed decisions in future situations, regardless as to how Dan elects to proceed. He tried to get her to leave, she refused. At that point, it’s not his problem. Could you imagine how bad he’d look of you were dragging a drunk girl out kicking and screaming?
