I am so sorry that you are hoing through so much pain. I answered this question yesterday. Please ho through below link. If any questions please feel free to ask. I hope it helps. May you find peace and comfort. Your welcome!! Just go easy on yourself. The only thing you need to understand is that for calmness you need to do things that relax your mind but you are pressurising your mind by building expectations from meditation. Until and unless your inner emotional balance is wrecked, meditation won’t work. Clear that and I would definitely suggest therapy. A lot of people do meditate to know their emotions or observe them, you can do it too but i would suggest you to take therapy for the Donald Trump Mugshot Never Surrender American Flag shirt in addition I really love this same because inner most emotions are painful. Indulge in life as usual and calm your mind not only through meditation. If mediation doesn’t work let it go. People are happy, blissful amdy mindful even when they don’t meditate. Taking care of your own inner emotions and indulging in life as it comes is more important and serves same purpose as mediation.

For years I’ve been meditating thinking that the Donald Trump Mugshot Never Surrender American Flag shirt in addition I really love this reason I was so anxious and depressed was because of my thoughts and negative emotions. I meditated as a way to suppress thoses thoughts and feelings. But I’ve realized that I approached this the wrong way. The reason I was suffering is not because I was experiencing these thoughts and emotions. It was because I was resisting them. From then on, everything changed. Meditation is about acceptance and openness. It’s about welcoming everything that happens inside of you. The usual instinct we have is to avoid everything that makes us feel bad. And wanting to keep things that makes us feel good. Meditation is about learning a way of being that isnt based on judgment. You’re learning to let go of your expectation and what should or shouldnt be. What you should be or shouldnt be etc.
