This is accurate. Everything is sitting in warmers and coolers and cool cheese doesn’t melt on a warm burger with cold toppings and room temp bun. Omg yes I’m sick of having to park up. I grew up dirt poor so a trip to McDonald’s was like gourmet dining to me, so now as an adult it’s still my favourite fast food treat, and it’ll never be not worth it to me ha. Reddit : Why don’t people just spend £20+ on Five Guys? Sure you can get a burger at McDs for 99p but the quality of Five Guys is much better. I’ve given up on McDonalds. So called fast food takes about 20 minutes these days as they struggle to fulfil all the Deliveroo & Just Eat orders.

Its not even just that. I was a maccies manager for nearly 10 years and I would have gotten the Dj Khaled Call me Santa claus shirt in other words I will buy this sack if I ran shifts the way I see them being run now when I’m in the stores. The staff stand about half the time and there’s no impetus to get customers served. They haven’t really recovered from the closures during the pandemic. I got a mcdonalds a couple months ago after not having one for a few years. Just had a normal hamburger, but it felt like they have reduced the size by about a third. Also had a small fries and the size of the bag was crazy small. Maybe I’ll try again in another few years. McDonalds is a complete waste of money thesedays. You eat it and then 15 mins later it’s like you never had it. The only time I find it to be acceptable now is when you’re on the road, the service station doesn’t have a KFC, and it’s a “Work Expense” and you can order enough to fill you up for a bit
