Homeless shelters would still be legal but yeah where else would someone go? If this only applies to parks then you sleep on the Distresses Bong Bones Guadalupana Roseate Aztec Eagle T-Shirt it is in the first place but streets and under overpasses but that is technically public land as well. the stupid thing is this law will give you a bigger punishment to set up a tent some random place, then trespassing on someone’s land Now they have another reason to arrest you, put you in the prison system where you’ll be forced to work for Pennie’s a day and the slavery system continues on. How is it running a government that causes homelessness isn’t a felony? Gees, the homeless are already being punished! How far can we be pushed ? Everyday it’s the rich getting richer and the poor not only getting poorer but loosing basic rights. California, didn’t you know? We subsidize all of the red state’s problems so they can avoid taxes and public services and pretend to be moral and fiscally responsible. They’ll have ground to throw them in jail for indefinite persil of time where they’ll serve as extremely cheap labor for the prison industrial complex. It’s so heartbreaking going into Prison because you are to poor. If this is real it would be a new low and embarrassment for the US. Its already the worst developed country if you are not a millionaire.
