I don’t think calling somebody fat could ever really help. Fat people already know they’re fat. Telling them is unlikely to make them start working out. I could see how it would be difficult if you’re with a partner and they start gaining a lot of weight and you lose attractiveness to them. I am almost underweight and also need the Disney Minnie Mouse Oklahoma Sooners Football 2023 Shirt and by the same token and noise of a fan at night to sleep. While I would understand if this bothered someone, it’s what I need. If I dated someone who couldn’t sleep with a fan, separate bedrooms would be the answer. But if someone insulted me over this, I wouldn’t expect them to be open to healthy compromises. I hate having a fan blowing on me. We bought a huge squishmallow and put it between us while we sleep. It works well to block the air for me, and he can still use the fan. Op, my husband has always slept with a fan. Mainly he needs it for the noise. When I first met him, it bothered me a bit because it dries me out. My poor noise would be actually be painful the next morning. But I never ever would dream of telling him he can’t sleep with his fan. So he does his best to point it directly at himself. I’m small enough to basically “hide” behind him so he does block most of it. I’ve really gotten used to it now tho! We live in the country so the silence can be “loud” if that makes any sense lol
