Basically, this guy is not only a shitty worker that can’t do his job correctly, he’s an oblivious asshole that doesn’t realize that him being a rat or a jerk creates negative consequences not only against himself, but to other people. Here’s an example. At the Disney Mickey Mouse Cowboys Football shirt and I love this trade school where we all took classes as part of our apprenticeship, they transitioned to a hybrid in-person/online setup. You go to in-person classes X times a week during the semester after work, then your homework for the class is done online. We had a teacher that was more forgiving of our situation. He understood that we were all tired after being at the jobsite for 40 hours a week, followed by 10 hours of classes during the week after work in the evenings. The teacher would give us “study guides” that were most of the time straight up answers for the online coursework. Helps save us time and effort outside of the classroom/job.

Well this guy complained to the Disney Mickey Mouse Cowboys Football shirt and I love this training director, saying our teacher was giving us homework answers so therefore depriving him of learning the material correctly. He also told the training director that the exams were too easy. So the training director yells at our teacher, who then has to stop giving us “study guides” and tells us we’re on our own for the online homework assignments. Then the exams were re-written and were made much more difficult than in the past. Kids that were already struggling with some of the lessons fell even further behind or straight up failed the class. Then this asshole starts complaining about how the coursework is so much harder and the exams are so much more difficult. Like he didn’t think that anything he previously complained about or told the training director contributed to our predicament.
