Covid is rampant in our building and parents are done with it, so schools aren’t mitigating at all. We’re well past closure benchmarks from last year. So it’s an N95 for me until June 13th. Then I’m done for the year and things should hopefully ease up. Nope unless I’m required to wear a mask. I just get sweaty under them and I work a labor intensive job. Mask falls off all the time and I hate the feeling of it. Also if I’m outside and wear sunglasses my glasses instantly fog up. It’s just a massive hassle for me. Not unless I am required to. My family had Covid before vaccines became available for our age group, and we are also vaccinated+boosted on top of that. No. It’s pointless with the actual real world results I’ve seen. I don’t take into account others going off on the internet anymore.

Co-worker came into work last week and found later to have COVID. All of us wearing masks when near each other is what saved all of us. Yes I work with CHILDREN. Grubby germy children. I will wear a mask forever from now on. They’re constantly sick. I don’t wanna be constantly sick. Yes. Yes because Ive been very sick twice already this semester from different things than covid. Now im 3 weeks behind University work and nearing broke . If i get sick again im mega screwed . Will flunk university and go broke. Yes. My whole house has COVID. I lasted two years without getting it by taking all the precautions. Omicron can’t be beaten when you live with people who have it Upside.. my sister who has had cancer three times.. most recently in March.. the COVID medicine worked like a charm. She went from being unable to walk to getting her leg strength back. Living in Japan, almost everyone is still wearing masks both indoors and outdoors. The only people I ever see without one are drunk old men and construction workers.
