I had massive damage on my foot and was not allowed in the Detroit Lions MCDC it ain’t the same detroit shirt in addition I really love this factory on crutches, because they are a hazard. So I got a vehicle license from our safety group, and took a in plant scooter for my work. His office is accessible without going into the plant. He has chosen to work in the field a few times, but it’s not required. is it at all possible that the place isn’t wheelchair accessible? Where I work when I broke my foot I wasn’t allowed to come back until crutches because I physically wouldn’t have been able to use a chair or scooter. Not necessarily. I looked into it when it happened and apparently small/private businesses and/or warehouses are exempt from a lot of those rules, but if his is fully accessible then it’s a moot point.

In my limited experience with a husband that’s had to use a knee scooter or wheelchair on and off for two years and will never ever have the Detroit Lions MCDC it ain’t the same detroit shirt in addition I really love this balance for crutches, he should get a Dr release to return and submit to hr. Problem is some or most companies don’t have accommodations for people with disabilities in accordance with the ADA Law sorry to hear this I know it doesn’t seem fair but I hope there’s some way your husband might get back to work Yes, they can. Some companies require employees to come back with no restrictions, and at 100%. So they may be in their right. Since his boss is on the record saying he needs to be on crutches 1st, I didn’t believe that restrictions are the issue. His boss is.
