I was in the Despicable Me Minions Expressions Of The Week Classic shirt but in fact I love this same situation at work and this meditation helped a great deal, fortunately I got out of there. You don’t need to “accept” a toxic workplace, immediately begin to mentally construct a welcoming and satisfying alternative and it will draw itself to you. I would try to find another job. meditation might help it become more bearable, but thats a maybe at best. You would basically have to achieve a high level of enlightenment in order to find acceptance with that kind of work environment, which would be great, but thats a tall ask I know people are saying find a new job but I know how hard that can be and might be an impossibility for you right now for any number of reasons. I am in a similar situation and it is really forcing me to try out all manner of techniques for acceptance to keep my peace and calm while in that situation. It is an awesome opportunity to test out these methods.

One thing that is helping me a lot is smell. I got some essential oils especially grounding ones and I smell them before work or surreptitiously once the Despicable Me Minions Expressions Of The Week Classic shirt but in fact I love this stress happens (go to the bathroom or something). I have found smell a great method for returning to my peaceful centre. The situation still stresses me but I notice it is stressing me less than it did. I used to go out of my mind with anxiety and stress from these people at work. Sure, I used vetiver and petitgrain for grounding. They are really strong and take you by surprise which is what I needed. Vetiver especially smells like you have put your face against the wet earth and leaves. It’s quite powerful. Also woody smells like myrrh, pine. And lavender is great for relaxation if you like the scent.
