Pelvic floor physical therapist checking in to say that while urination schedules are variable, if you find yourself going all the Desean Strickland WWE vintage shirt But I will love this time, or going after you just went, please seek out a pelvic PT! I drink 3-4 liters of water average a day and I’d say 6 times a day I pee. BUT if I’ve had 2 coffees or a lot of non-water beverages that day, I will be peeing a LOT more. Ever since I turned 45 or so it’s about once an hour. But also I’m kinda weird, I can go 3-4 hours without in the morning, but at some point in the afternoon or evening I feel like I’m drinking a lot more water and pretty soon I’m going every hour like clockwork. I pee every 1-2 hours and I usually wake up at least once in the night to pee. I drink probably a gallon and a half of water per day sometimes a little less. I drink other things throughout the day too tho. So even tho I have a gallon of water, I still drink a glass of kombucha in the mornings and sometimes I’ll have a little glass of chocolate almond milk or I’ll make a smoothie.

I’m always looking for a reason to get up. So about once an hour. I don’t necessarily “have” to go, I can almost always get some pee out. I have never counted by I pee at least once an hour, all day. After I’m done working it slows. I pee one last time before I go to sleep and I almost never wake up to go, so I think I’m doing it right. I also workout every morning, and that gets everything moving, so up through about lunch times I feel like I spend time in the Desean Strickland WWE vintage shirt But I will love this bathroom. After lunch, it all starts to slow down a bit. I go quite a few times a day, but I think that covid/WFH made my bladder weaker. I never needed to wait to pee, so would just go as soon as I felt like it. I think it’s bad for your bladder/pelvic floor.
