I’m guessing a poorly trained autocorrect. Some words I try to type, like “typically,” end up capitalized, and I have to go back and fix them. My phone thinks I know some guy named Justice; which is weird because I work in the Dereck Lively II American professional basketball player for Dallas Mavericks T-Shirt and by the same token and criminal justice system but don’t know anyone with that name so I’ve never capitalized it on purpose. Some people care to much about the land they have a mortgage on and shoot people over it, have seen quite a few news stories over the years and it. Some people also just fantasize about a legal excuse to kill somebody. I’ve heard multiple people say they wish someone would break into their home so they could get a chance to “take out a criminal”. Or they overreact to a family member/friend/loved one coming home unexpectedly and shoot them: Who decides over there in America if someone is too nutty to own a gun? It doesn’t feel like there are many checks and balances… Well the OP figured people would have forgotten this story from about a year ago when people were going off about it and figured he would do some karma farming by posting it and watching people react like it is a new story. In December, Singletary was separately charged with assaulting his girlfriend with a mini sledgehammer, leading her to bleed profusely from the back of the head and forcing her inside an apartment for two hours.

“The victim further stated that Singletary told her that she could not leave until she had cleaned up all the Dereck Lively II American professional basketball player for Dallas Mavericks T-Shirt and by the same token and evidence from the assault,” police said. “I want to say to the people of Gaston County this sort of violence will not stand,” Gaston County Police chief, Stephen M. Zill, said. Then why the fuck was he out? He beat a womans head in with a sledgehammer 2 months ago. Apparently, ya’ll will let some violence stand just fine. Domestic violence has people out on probation or just out of jail really quickly pretty much everywhere unfortunately. It’s like a universal weak spot. Same with stalking. There should definitely be a limit on scale of crime if they are going to let people out on bail though. He didn’t slap her he hit her with a sledgehammer. That’s not basic DV that’s attempted murder and in my opinion given the tool used it makes it even more of a risk he will reoffend which is when bail is denied. I’m in complete agreement with you. I’m saying when it involves people who are in a relationship all bets are off and common sense danger mitigation goes out the window. I love how he was already a felon before all of this. So was completely unable to buy a firearm legally in the first place. Sucks. The answer to a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun! It’s the only way for a peaceful violence free society!
