Hm, Saudi Arabia telling US to react stronger to terror attacks – remind me again who was allegedly financing the Democrat Politicians Realizing Joe Biden Shirt also I will do this 9/11 terrorists… This statement means that unless the US comes to the rescue of the Saudi forces to help continue a genocide in Yemen, then the US is not doing enough in the eyes of the Saudi. It’s worth pointing out that the United States HAS been quite involved in the Yemen war to date – supporting Saudi forces, selling weapons and engaging directly in special forces operations and drone strikes. Also worth keeping in mind that Saudi Arabia is the “Russia” in this war. The Yemen Houthi, who first rose up in the Yemen Revolution of Dignity to demand more representation and less corruption. They employed civil disobedience and mass protests. But then took up arms when the US and Saudis backed the established corrupt power base in Yemen. And Saudi Arabia didn’t like this resistance, and with the support of the US, UK, UAE etc, they invaded their Sovereign neighbour. And the US calls the resistance fighters fighting on their own land “terrorists” – because they launched missiles into UAE and Saudi Arabia – countries that are waging war against them. Interestingly the US and the West are claiming Ukraine is well within its right to launch attacks into Russia. But when the Yemenis do that, they are terrorists.

And we wonder why so much of the Democrat Politicians Realizing Joe Biden Shirt also I will do this world is cynical when the US and the West decries the Russian invasion on moral or principled grounds. “First of all, by stopping the joint operations that America had with the kingdom in meeting the challenge of the Houthi-led rebellion in Yemen against the Yemeni people and, second, among other similar actions, by not meeting [Crown Prince Mohammed].” We’re talking about the foreign policy of two separate administrations, and to act like US foreign policy is ubiquitous throughout administrations is willfully ignorant. The slogan of the Houthi movement is “God is the greatest, death to America, death to Israel, cursed be the Jews, victory to Islam.” So while I don’t disagree that there have been atrocities committed against them, maaaaaaybe pump those brakes on talking about how they’re noble heroes who just want less corruption in their government. I’m not sure that justifies double tapping mosques tho, considering the Houthis don’t have the capabilities to actually put any of those slogans in to practices. Iran barely does and it’s a whole damned country. Israel’s “allies” (Saudi Arabia and UAE, lol) are not bombing them for Israel. They’re bombing them because the rebels are not friendly to their regimes. The point the previous poster made is not about the slogan having anything to do with the conflict. It’s about the rebels not being good guys trying to fight for a good cause, unlike the Ukrainians. They are oppressed and subjugated, true, but their ideals are not morally good. That doesn’t mean what the Saudis are doing is also morally good. It’s a conflict between two assholes with a lot of innocent civilians caught in the middle. You forgot the most important assistance from the US, intelligence, the US provides all the target lists to the Saudis and there is an ‘intelligence fusion center’ staffed by US military officers in Riyadh.
