At a bar I worked at, we’d just slap anyone who put confetti or glitter everywhere with a $500 cleaning fee. You should be able to charge extra as well. God I hate that stuff. Just pay another cleaner less than you get paid to clean and you don’t have to deal with this shit and still make profit. #ontrapenewer I can relate. When I used to clean for a corporate building (smaller sized building but still 2 floors & kitchen/break area) they would celebrate on both floors & I’d always find confetti like this along with balloons & streamers. I don’t miss these days lol. Also edited to add, I used to do housekeeping for a hotel & birthday parties used to SUCK. especially when they rented out suites. Also never work the day after valentine’s day at a hotel.

I live in Seattle and use only my credit union debit card for payments. Since I didn’t realize they’d be closed both today (Friday) and Saturday in observance of Veterans Day, I have no way of reaching them to let them know I’m leaving for Italy tomorrow. They are not reachable by phone, and while their fraud protection line is available, they only handle automated fraud protection, nothing more. If I were to go ahead with my trip, I’d arrive in Naples at 2pm (if my flight were to arrive on time) Sunday with only some amount of cash and a debit card that would likely be declined if I were to use it.
