Does anyone actually know the Death bat afI vintage hard core avenged sevenfold shirt What’s more,I will buy this facts about the leaked opinion? 1. Nothing has changed. 2. It was an opinion by one Justice. 3. That opinion said it was against the Constitution to make a decision on Roe V Wade without representation. 4. If it would be overturned it would go back to the States where we as citizens can choose our Representatives to make our laws. 4. Several States have already made such laws to keep abortion. If the draft stands, it simply means the states have the say on abortion. In other words, the Court is giving the people a stronger voice. Those protesting don’t seem to really understand the US legal system / constitution. In theory yes, but in the majority of red states abortion will become illegal. The people can try to protest, but I sadly don’t think that will have much influence on the decisions of many states. Thats how democracy works. The majority vote wins. If the majority of people in a state dont want abortion, then what you have is democracy in action.

The only way around that is to break decorum and revolt or overthrow the Death bat afI vintage hard core avenged sevenfold shirt What’s more,I will buy this government, but ultimately for the US to succeed, someone is going to have to live with something they dont like. Thats just life.. They should be protesting outside their representatives houses to pass a new law not harass the judges who interpret current law. Setting aside the verbal hysteria for a moment and consider what this leaked ruling would do. It would move the abortion debate to the State level where voters of each State would decide how they want abortion to be handled. The Federal government should have no say in any abortion law. The Justices seem to be following the Constitution. If people disagree with that then should we throw out other parts of the Constitution that one may disagree with? Protesters at residences is not civil discussion it is an attempt to bully and intimidate. It is simply wrong. Nah, the lawmakers. 20-something states already have trigger laws in place that will ban/restrict abortions the moment the ruling becomes final.
