I had the DeAaron Fox American professional basketball player T-Shirt In addition,I will do this same issue and I went to shiatsu session and they were able to work out the problem right away and we’re amazing at helping me fix it. 100% recommend you to check for local shiatsu places alexander technique has helped change my posture and way I carry myself from the inside out! highly recommend you look into one on one alexander technique adjustments, an hour a week for a few months changed everything for me I have forward shoulders from hunching as a teenager. Lifting weights to tighten up the back and shoulder got me 90 % of where I wanted to be. Stretching out the pecs won’t be enough to change the posture. I also have anterior pelvic tilt but made less progress on that, I have a super hard time activating my glutes. ETA: exercises I did were tricep extension, seated row, rear deltoid fly, arm lifts ( other deltoids), bent over row with kettle balls, back extension.

The guy who threatened us was back with them and had put away the knife and the locals were jeering. We packed up and left for good within 20 minutes before police got there. Which turns out it was good, I saw a few headlines about police actually being involved in kidnappings in Thailand over the past year.
