Aren’t casinos regulated in most countries? Why should a betting app not have the Day 56 bye week mood shirt and I love this same regulations. These apps are clearly doing gambling which should be regulated. There are a lot of things that “hurt the middle class” – tobacco products, betel, cigs, alcohol, sugary drinks, EMIs etc etc etc. At a certain point you have to let adults make their own decisions. As long as they aren’t hurting anyone else I don’t care what they are doing. Like I said gambling is ‘illegal’ through apps like this in india. You can make excuses or try to find loop holes in the law. Like how dream11 made to not get categorised as a gambling app. But at the end of the day it is doing gambling. You can sugar coat it in whatever way you like.

Day 56 bye week mood shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s the Day 56 bye week mood shirt and I love this same principle for all these vices. Places that ban alcohol end up having poor people drinking unregulated, dangerous, illegally brewed alcohol that turns them blind or gives them methanol poisoning. Yeah I also don’t condone banning. Regulating should be the first step. But again that needs the government to take educated nuanced steps. Which I don’t think is ever going to happen sadly. Because govt wants to regulate what I can eat, drink or wear or speak. Then why not expect them to regulate this? As long as what you eat, drink, wear or speak isn’t directly harming someone else, the government shouldn’t be regulating it. I have seen people betting on these apps and then taking out loans from the loan apps to facilitate this. It is quite sad that the government isn’t taking any action against these apps when gambling in this way is very much illegal in India. Ducking loops holes. Yeah I remember when betting was illegal. I guess the current government doesn’t care and allows scams endorsed by celebrities to suck the blood out of already suffering and gullible poor. Idiots want to ban every thing they don’t like. Many of these same idiots will go to Vegas and gamble and say how awesome is that and all Lower middle class have the right to do what they want too. Why do you want govt interference in ever small thing? We already have some dumb states banning Alcohol and stuff.
