The difference shows in the attack, hitting multiple locations over something like an entire hour, and then managing to evade basically ALL law enforcement, including helicopters with FLIR systems. He had a plan and he executed it well, usually these fuck stick’s plans start and ends at “open fire in a crowded place” and then they make shit up as they go, which is why they tend to wind up dead or caught in the act. THIS guy had a very well thought out exit strategy, the car at the boat ramp was pretty genius.
