Do you have any proof of this? A timed & dated handover note perhaps? Was it done in front of any CCTV? This is a surprisingly unpleasant situation. If you say on the form you were driving when you weren’t then you are committing a much more serious offence. One that could land you in jail. Usually when you get sent a speeding fine notification you can get a photo of the car/van at the time (assuming it was a speed camera abs not a police officer). Ask to see the photo. That should show who was driving. If there is no photo, it’s going to come down to you proving that it was not you. If your company claims it was you, and have paperwork to back it up, it’s going to be a difficult fight for you.
