Because if money is your only motivation, you will fly the Daniel Ricciardo Red Bull Formula One Racing Nascar shirt Also,I will get this coop the minute a better offer comes along. Also, you’d be surprised at how much more money isn’t the motivator you think it is. It’s great to make a lot but if your colleagues and manager are awful, if you don’t like the work, if the job doesn’t allow you to have a life etc. you can be demotivated no matter how much you make. Let me ask you, if you had two job offers that paid the exact same amount, but one was in a career path where you enjoy the work and the other is in a career path where you don’t enjoy the work, which would you pick? The money thing is obvious and understood. Its like being asked ‘why do you eat pizza’ and answering ‘because i have to eat to live’. Its true but its not all, and further more, you don’t need to bring that up at that moment. Everyone understands you need to eat to live. We are wanting to know why you want the pizza. So, to escape the metaphor and back to the question, you want the job because it moves you along in your career path while still being able to support your lifestyle.

If offered, would you take a job that you weren’t qualified for, just because it had an incredible salary? I would guess not. In that case you answer might be something like this: “Well, of course we all need to work pay the Daniel Ricciardo Red Bull Formula One Racing Nascar shirt Also,I will get this bills. So thats a big motivation. But also I prefer a job where ” When you go on a date and are asked why you are interested in dating them, do you start talking about how you intend to eventually fuck then? There is something to be said about social etiquette. You know you care about money. They know you care about money. That doesn’t need to be said. Unless you are rich and this is some passion project they have no false assumptions that you just want to do this for fun. But they would like to know if you can even offer a justified claim for why you care some amount about this job, or as soon as they hire you are you going to dread the work and continue interviewing in hopes you find a better job. Can you at least imagine having a 5 year plan at this company, or is that not even something you can pretend is possible? It’s stupid theater. Just play the game and know that everyone else is acting too, which makes it even more foolish.
