Edit: love that this user replied me saying “thanks for the Dads are priceless anime art T-Shirt moreover I love this tip but I don’t need help” and then deleted their account :/ You may want to edit your post if you are intending to hide what company you work for. There are exactly three companies with larger market caps than Google. One isn’t tech and only one of the other two have done layoffs. This is great news! I was waiting until they finally tackled the issue of an out of control stapler budget. That is absolutely the reason a business everyone uses is struggling. Do you know how many projects were shut down there over the years? They’ve been using this “strategy” for over 15 years by my count. :/ making workers less efficient via slower computers while laying off employees (pushing more work onto remaining employees). What could go wrong? why are these massive firms penny pinching like this. Its not an out of control stationary budget, that is holding Google back. laptops cost money, so fair enough, Google needs to keep an eye on those, EVEN Google does. However I can not fathom how a company as big as google, with as many side projects in developments, thinks that staplers is their big issue. I’ve landed 0 projects which are being used today. Not because I’m incompetent, but because both of the major projects which were “essential to the roadmap of the organization” which I spent months designing and building along with the contractors I was responsible for were later deemed as “unnecessary because we’ve decided to go another direction.”

Dads are priceless anime art T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This is after months of busting my ass and product managers badgering me to get this product to land on time even though we were understaffed. Every time I’m given praise and a spot bonus and a new project to work on. Aside from being incredibly demoralizing, its so wasteful. That’s 2 years of salary, equity, and bonus that they’ve paid me for little to no return. Not to mention the Dads are priceless anime art T-Shirt moreover I love this 3 contractors in India that they need to pay who I’m responsible for.
